		<description>Recently I saw this photo of" 24 fitness" with escalators in the front and noticed that people take escalators to go into the GYM rather than using the stairs. It is funny to notice how many people avoid walking to do pretty much anything like goto grocery, park, movie theater, shopping or to work, but they walk or run in the GYM. Think about it, let us say you spend 1 hour at GYM each day and it takes about 30 mins to 40 mins to dress for GYM and travel from GYM to home. It is about 1 hour and 40 minutes we spend everyday for exercise.  But if use this time to walk instead of driving or taking public transportations or riding bike to work we still get good exercise but save money. And think about the less you drive more you do good for the environment, less pollution and healthy mother earth. Also think about going out to Fast food restaurants. You have to spend gas and have to pay for unhealthy food. But if we buy materials to cook and just stay home and cook, it is not only healthy, but you get to exercise while you cook.</description>
